Women Lawyers don't need to work harder, the Legal Profession Needs to Evolve

I decided to record my message to you today, instead of writing it. But there were a few glitches as my wifi upload speed is dismal. The heavy rain has now slowed it to a crawl. Luckily there are men laying fibre cables as I write this! Except rain has slowed theis process to a crawl too...

This is short a short rant/ ramble on my thoughts after reading a post on Linked In of the same name - link is below. I am saddened by how many women think the secret to success is to work harder. It's not.

The women lawyers I speak to are ridiculously hard working! Their issue is needing to pull back! In short, when we work on a quantum level, we work energetically to magnetize what we wish to experience towards us. Energy then works on matter. If we're unskilled, we don't know about using energy so we use matter to work on matter and this makes this slow going and hard. Yes, we can get there, but it's hard. Put another way, when you are aligned, the universe works through you to make things happen - 1 call gets you what you're looking for. When you are stressed, your energy is constricted, you're not in flow, and you may need to make 50 calls to find that thing you're looking for.
